Susan McNeill
I
grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and graduated with honors and a major
in marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. I had been working
for many years in sales, marketing and customer service when one day a client
asked me if I had ever considered a career in real estate. It turned out
that my client was the founding director of the Temple University Real Estate
Institute as well as the host of the Philadelphia radio show “All About
Real Estate”. He believed I was well suited for a career in real estate
and awarded me with a scholarship to attend the Temple University Real Estate
Institute. Thank you Jay for my new career!
In 2000, I moved to Washington, DC. Today, I am a licensed REALTOR in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. I have vast experience working with sellers and buyers in the DC Metro area. In addition to my general brokerage experience, I have also worked with developers in the marketing and sales of new homes. My strong professional background and my geographic familiarity provide me with the knowledge, expertise and confidence needed to effectively guide my clients through a successful real estate transaction.
My philosophy is to perform to the best of my ability while treating my clients with respect, honesty and integrity. Each client has a unique situation and I will adapt my marketing and sales strategies to best meet their individual needs. I have been fortunate to have the majority of my clients work with me repeatedly over the years as well as refer me to their family and friends. Referrals and repeat business are the greatest compliment of all.
