Lorielle Akintunde

As a native of Cleveland, Ohio I moved to Washington, DC in 1990. I graduated from the University of Carolina with a Business Degree in Marketing & Management. After graduation I returned to Washington to start my career in Property Management & Real Estate. I am a licensed REALTOR in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Currently residing in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of DC.

I have extensive experience in sales, marketing, & property management. I worked for a regional property management company for 5 years then I received my real estate license in 2002. And the rest is history; I have worked with buyers, sellers, condominium associations, and local Embassies helping them to achieve their residential goals. I've spent the last two years of my career as the Property Manager for the British Embassy in Washington, DC and recently assisted with the purchase and sale of several million dollar estates.

My approach is to educate my clients on the buying/selling process as well as market trends so that they are comfortable with making sound real estate decisions. My personal philosophy is to always give my clients my very best while being courteous, honest, and sensitive to their specific needs.

I realized early on that I had a passion for real estate and helping people achieve their residential goals. I regard referrals as the greatest compliment to my work.
